Managing your SPLAT Family account

  1. In SPLAT, parents have the option to link more than one student to their account. This allows parents with multiple students to monitor all their children with just one account.
  2. Open your SPLAT Family app.
  3. Enter your PIN.
  4. Tap the hamburger menu on the upper-right corner of your screen.
  5. Tap 'Add learner' from the options.
  6. Enter the LRN of the new student and your one-time code for SPLAT.
    • LRN can be found on any previous report card or your may reach out to the adviser.
    • One-time code is on the piece of paper provided by the adviser.
  7. Select your relationship to the learner using the drop-down.
  8. Select if you are the primary contact person for the learner.
  9. Select if the learner will use the same device for distance learning.
    • If the learner will use the same device as the parent or guardian, select 'Yes'.
    • If the learner has his/her own device, select 'No'.
  10. Once done, tap the 'OK' button.

  4. Tap the profile menu on the upper-right corner of your screen.
  5. Tap 'Add learner' from the options.

  7. Select your relationship to the learner using the drop-down.
  8. Select whether or not you would be using SPLAT family app
    • If you will download and use the SPLAT family app on your mobile device, select 'Yes'.
    • If you will not use the SPLAT family App, select 'No'.

      ** Following steps are if you selected No on step 8.
  9. Enter your cellphone number.
    • If you are the primary guardian/ contact person for the learner, select 'Yes'.
    • If you are the primary guardian/ contact person for the learner, select 'Yes'.
  10. Select whether or not you are the primary contact person for the learner.
    • If you are the primary guardian/ contact person for the learner, select 'Yes'.
    • If you are not the primary guardian/ contact person for the learner, select 'No'.
  11. Select whether you wish to receive SMS messages with updates regarding your learner.
    • If you wish to receive the SMS messages, make sure that you select 'Yes' on this question and on step 10.
  12. Once done, tap the 'Submit' button.

  2. Enter your PIN.
  3. Tap the hamburger menu on the upper-right corner of your screen.
  4. Tap 'Sync Data' from the options and wait for the sync to complete
  5. Tap the leftmost icon (learner) on top of your screen to see updated data.

  4. Tap 'Change Language' from the options.
  5. Select your preferred language from the list.

  2. Enter your PIN.
  3. Tap 'Language' on the top right side of the screen (beside the SPLAT logo).
  4. Select your preferred language from the list.
