Getting started with SPLAT Family

  1. Android 5.1 (Lollipop) or later / iOS 11 or later.
    • If your device runs on an unsupported OS version, you won't be able to search for the app in the store.
  2. At least 100 megabytes of free phone storage.
  3. An active internet connection (for first-time setup and syncing of data)
  4. Sheet of paper from adviser or school containing SPLAT Family app details.
  5. Your child's Learner Reference Number (LRN)
    • LRN can be found on any previous report card or SF9.
    • If you don't have access to any previous report card, please reach out to your student's current adviser.
  6. Your one-time code for SPLAT. (This is included in the provided sheet of paper.)

  1. Open the Google PlayStore app for Android or the AppStore for iOS users.
  2. Search for SPLAT Family. (Why can't I find the SPLAT app in Play Store / AppStore?)
  3. Tap SPLAT Family from the search results.
  4. Tap the 'Install' button.

  1. Open your SPLAT Family app.
  2. Select 'Philippines' as your country.
  3. Select your preferred language.
  4. Tap the 'Start Enrollment' button.
  5. Read the "Things you will need to join a school".
  6. Tap 'Continue'
    • For LEARNERS:
      • Select ‘I am a learner/student‘.
      • Enter your first and last name using the appropriate fields.
      • Enter your 12-digit LRN.
      • Enter the 4-digit code from the piece of paper provided by your adviser or school.
      • Sign in using your preferred method and enter your credentials when prompted.
    • For PARENTS:
      • Select ‘I am helping the learner with their education‘.
      • Sign in using your preferred method and enter your credentials when prompted.
      • Once logged in, read and agree to the ‘Terms of Use‘.
      • Read the Data Privacy Policy.
      • Under the policy, tap the check box ‘I grant RightSize…
      • Tap the ‘Agree‘ button.
      • Set up and re-enter your account PIN.
        Note: SPLAT contains confidential student information and is very much in compliance with the Data Privacy Act, RA 10173 . Please avoid using PIN's that are easy to compromise, like 0000 or 1234.
      • Tap ‘Continue‘.
